• Any form of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct may result in termination of services without refund.

• Clients using online counseling services must ensure they have a stable internet connection and a private, quiet environment.

• We are not liable for disruptions caused by technical issues beyond our control.

• Clients agree not to record or distribute session content without prior written consent.
